Notice of Annual General Meeting 

Monday 14th September 2026, 6.30pm, The Pyramid, 759 Argyle Street 

Please join us for The Pyramid AGM. We’ll be reporting on the activities of The Pyramid and sharing some refreshments from our Kitchen.  

TRUSTEES NEEDED 

We are seeking new Trustees to join the Board at the AGM – contact info@thepyramid.scot if you would like to stand for election or find out more. View the Trustee Information Pack here. Download the Trustee Nomination Form here.

The meeting will be held at The Pyramid, 759 Argyle Street, G3 8DS and online for those who wish to attend remotely. The AGM is open to Ordinary Members of The Pyramid. If you have not yet renewed your membership, or wish to sign up, please do so no later than Monday 24th August. We have contacted you if your membership is due for renewal, if you have not received this or you’re unsure if your membership is up to date, please contact us info@thepyramid.scot or call in and speak to staff. 

 Current Associate Members are welcome to attend and observe.

  The business of the AGM is: 

1. Report on the activities of the organisation 
2. Election of Trustees 
3. Consideration of the Annual Accounts – you can download a copy here or contact us if you’d like us to send you a printed copy 
4. Report of the Independent Auditor 
5. Appointment of Independent Examiner for 2025/26 
6. Closing remarks 

  If you are not able to attend the meeting, please consider appointing a Proxy who can vote on your behalf. You may appoint the Chair as your Proxy or another person aged 18 or over. A proxy form is attached or can be completed here Please note that the proxy form must be returned to and arrive at The Pyramid at least 72 hours before the AGM, by post: The Pyramid at Anderston, 759 Argyle St, Glasgow G3 8DS or by email: info@thepyramid.scot  

Details of those standing for election as Trustees will be circulated after the closing date for nominations. Nominations are welcomed and should be made by 9am on Monday 7th September by email info@thepyramid.scot or by letter delivered to The Pyramid, FAO The Chair. Nominees must be Members and nominated by two Members, one of whom may be themselves. Please contact info@thepyramid.scot if you would like to find out more or discuss becoming a Trustee.
