What’s happening with climate and nature, and what does it mean for everyday life in the UK?
Join us for a screening of The People’s Emergency Briefing, a 50-minute film bringing together nine leading UK scientists and experts to explore the latest evidence on the climate and nature crisis, and what it means for issues including extreme weather, food security, public health and the cost of living.
Based on the National Emergency Briefing in Westminster, which was featured by ITV, Channel 4 and The Times, the film includes contributions from Chris Packham, Deborah Meaden and a range of voices from across the UK.
After the screening, there will be an opportunity to stay for an informal discussion with fellow audience members to reflect on the issues raised and explore what they mean for our local community. Light refreshments will be provided.
Tickets are free, although there is an option to make a donation to support the work of The Pyramid when booking.
Spaces are limited, so please book in advance. If you can no longer attend after booking, we’d appreciate you letting us know so that we can offer your place to someone else.
Bring a friend, neighbour, or family member. Everyone is welcome.
