Recover & Thrive

Our Recover & Thrive Programme aimed to equip people with the tools and know-how to restore their mental and physical wellbeing as we recovered from the effects of the pandemic. Over 12 sessions, participants were encouraged to change habits, try something new, reduce stress, include regular activity and self-care in their lives and build confidence to increase wellbeing.

Each session included a movement/exercise activity and relaxation/mindfulness along with a different specialist practical element, including how to improve sleep, eat well, manage anxiety and stress, try creative arts and craft. All participants received equipment and items to support them at home, including home exercise packs, food prep items and ingredients, self-care kits, art materials, and free access to apps and online support.
