Community Wellbeing & Support

Our programme of wellbeing activity focuses on ways to help you get active, feel calmer and look after yourself – with a range of movement and gentle sporting activities, outdoor walks, cookery sessions and creative get togethers.

Current sessions include; Hatha Yoga at lunchtime and in the evenings every Wednesday, Chair Yoga on Thursday mornings.

Our next ‘You Monday’ event – where you can take a bit of time out to look after yourself – with therapies, treatments, tea-making and treats will be on Monday 16th May.
